Every project includes a defined revision window specified in the SOW — typically 14–30 days after launch for bug fixes and small adjustments. After that, you can book an optional retainer for ongoing work or pay for new features à la carte.
If the first milestone doesn't meet the scope in your signed proposal, yes. After you accept a milestone in writing, that milestone is final. The exact refund terms live in the SOW so there are no surprises either direction.

A solo studio is better when you want speed, direct access to the builder, lower cost, and no communication overhead.
